By checking the "I agree to the terms & conditions" you are agreeing that if Kanoa Rescue Foundation agrees to intake the animal you are requesting to surrender that you will no longer have legal custody of the animal once they pick up the animal. By checking the "I agree to the terms & conditions" you are agreeing that Kanoa Rescue Foundation does not have to explain why they are or are not able to intake the animal you are requesting. By checking the "I agree to the terms & conditions" you are agreeing that Kanoa Rescue Foundation does not have to keep you up to date on the animal if they do agree to intake them.
